The National Breastfeeding Helpline offers non-judgmental, independent, evidence-based breastfeeding information and support.
Whatever your breastfeeding journey looks like, we’re here for you, 24 hours a day. Calls and messages are answered by staff and volunteers, who have personal experience breastfeeding and have been highly trained by the Breastfeeding Network or the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers.
We understand that breastfeeding support needs to be available to you when you need it and how you need it. That’s why the helpline is open on 0300 100 0212 24 hours a day, every single day of the year. You can also get support by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram,, or by using our webchat service, also open 24 hours a day.
