Supporting parents with the right information at the right time can make a big difference. Parent Club Collections help you quickly find, organise, and share trusted guidance tailored to each family you work with.

What are Collections?

Collections are personalised groups of resources that you create for a specific family or situation. Collections help you send families information that’s directly relevant to them, making it easier for them to understand and act on your advice.

How to create a Collection

Creating a Collection is simple:

  1. Name your Collection: Give it a clear, recognisable name (like a child’s name or care focus).
  2. Select an age group and topic. This ensures the guidance is appropriate and relevant. You can browse key areas of child health and wellbeing and search to filter your results.
  3. Select articles to support the family.
  4. Save and share. You can use the auto-generated URL link to share the collection via, email, text or any other messaging service. Please note if you make changes to the collection the link will also change, so you’ll need to send it again if you want the family to see the updated Collection.

You can repeat this process to add more topics and build a set of Collections to meet different needs. You can manage your Collections from the Collections dashboard.

How are Collections saved?

Collections are saved using cookies, so you’ll need to have cookies turned on for them to work. Click on the cookie icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen to change your cookie settings.

This means that your Collections can only be seen by you and anyone you share the links with. It also means that you’ll only be able to see your Collections in your dashboard on the device you used to create them (for example, on your phone or on your laptop). If you clear the cookies from your device, you’ll lose your Collections.

Send us your feedback

Collections are a new feature on Parent Club and we’d love to know what you think. Are they useful? How often do you use them? How can we make them better? Would you prefer to log in to see your Collections? Please complete our feedback form to let us know.

Reshare the updated link to let people know the Collection has changed.
